One attorney for the Goldman family is speaking out about O.J. Simpson's 12 guilty verdicts -- and he isn't holding back his dislike for the Juice.

David J. Cook tells TMZ, "Finders keepers, losers weepers. Going to that Las Vegas hotel room was a very bad idea. Robbing those two snookes was a worse idea. But going to jail for beating Fred Goldman out of a payment for the wrongful death judgment ... priceless."
Cook takes one last dig at O.J. saying, "The road to justice runs from Brentwood and ends in Las Vegas." Ouch.

You can only crash into the Playboy Mansion so many times before you incur the wrath of Hugh Hefner.

The Hef has been granted a restraining order against Glen Allan Meador. Who is he, you ask? Well, Meador was arrested twice in August for allegedly ramming his car into the gates of the Mansion. In a written statement, Hef said, "I am greatly concerned that Mr. Meador is unstable and a viable threat to my safety."
Holly, Kendra and Bridget are named in the documents as Other Protected Persons. Who says chivalry isn't dead?

Helio Castroneves just tearfully pleaded to tax fraud -- and, for a guy who's known for driving at high speeds, he's not goin' anywhere fast.

He was brought into court in cuffs and shackles, and cried throughout the hearing. He had to give up his passport, and won't be allowed anywhere outside the US, though interestingly he can race this weekend in Atlanta.
Bond was set at $10 million -- $8 mil of which is security, from one of Helio's accounts in the Netherlands.
His lawyer was also arraigned along with Helio's sister, both of whom were allegedly in on the tax scheme.

Adnan Ghalib may be a sleazeball, but he's not pitching a sex tape -- in fact, he may be suing.
The former BF of one Britney Spears not only denies the existence of a sex tape, but our sources say he has hired litigation counsel in England to go after the tabloids that have attributed quotes to him he says he never gave.
Some of the tabs have run stories that Adnan had the tape and was pitching it. Not true. And our sources say Britney is also confident no such tape exists.

Unlike Sandra Bernhard, not everyone thinks joking about gang-rape is high-larious.
The bigmouthed Bernhard just got axed from a benefit for a women's shelter because of her now-infamous "joke" that veep-seeker Sarah Palin would get "gang-raped by my big black brothers" when she came to NYC. "In light of our mission, we don't think violence against women is a laughing matter," says the PR rep of Rosie's Place.
Saucy Sandy's rep didn't immediately comment on the situation.

Oscar Robertson -- one of the greatest basketball players of all time -- is being sued for allegedly fleecing a company he controlled and lining the pockets of his family.
In a Federal lawsuit filed in Pennsylvania, Leo Kelly claims he went into partnership with the Big O -- it's some sort of document management company, whatever that is.
Kelly claims at times the Big O was drawing more than 90% of the company's funds for himself and his family for things like travel, means and entertainment. And what, says Kelly, did he get when he complained? FIRED.
Oscar's lawyers couldn't immediately be reached for comment.

The woman who called 911 on Heather Locklear says she never gave the paparazzi a heads up, according to her lawyer.
Attorney Nick Tepper, who reps Jill Ishkanian, tells "Extra," "At no time did my client call the paparazzi."
So where on earth did TMZ get off saying that she immediately called a paparazzi agency after calling 911? Well, we'll tell you.
Marc Mann, owner of KM Press Group, told TMZ Sunday night that Ishkanian did indeed call him after she called 911. KM got the arrest photos, which TMZ obtained and published.
We asked Mann why Ishkanian would call him. He told us Ishkanian knew they had shot Locklear approximately an hour before the arrest. Mann says they stopped shooting Heather because nothing eventful was happening.
The KM photog was a half mile away from Locklear, shooting someone else, when Mann says he got the call from Ishkanian.
By the way, Mann was on the phone with Ishkanian Tuesday night, immediately before he told us she was the one who tipped him off.
